When we host your domain, we can do either of two things with your incoming emails:
- We can hold the emails here for you in a POP3 Mailbox
- We can forward them to another email service such as Hotmail or Netscape.
If we hold them here in a mailbox, you should set up your email program to check for email at our server. Otherwise, you should keep checking email the same way you always have.
Quick setup for advanced users
If you know how to setup your email program, you'll just need to know this:
- POP3 (incoming) mail server: mail.yourdomainname.com
- SMTP (outgoing) mail server: mail.yourdomainname.com
- Username or account name: Your WebHostWorks.net account name
- Password: The password assigned to you by WebHostWorks.net
